I saw a picture of a person walking in the rain holding an umbrella, wearing rain attire, and rain boots. You have endured many rainy days. You’ve gotten through them, but the Lord says there has not been one day that I have not seen, or taken My eyes off of you. The Lord says have you ever considered dancing in the rain? Dance with Me in the rain and storms of life.
I sense the cold, wet, and dreariness of the rain has seeped into you and the Lord says My Child, dance, sing, and skip with Me in the rain. Delight yourself in Me, and you shall see the daylight break forth before you.
Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. Be assured that the testing of your faith through experience produces endurance leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace. And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed in your faith, lacking in nothing.
1 Peter 1:6-9
In this you rejoice greatly, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith, which is much more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested and purified by fire, may be found to result in your praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and though you do not even see Him now, you believe and trust in Him and you greatly rejoice and delight with inexpressible and glorious joy, receiving as the result the outcome, the consummation of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
And not only this, but with joy let us exult in our sufferings and rejoice in our hardships, knowing that hardship distress, pressure, trouble produces patient endurance; and endurance, proven character spiritual maturity; and proven character, hope and confident assurance of eternal salvation. Such hope in God’s promises never disappoints us, because God’s love has been abundantly poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
