We are close to celebrating the Birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, sent by the Father for our salvation.
A Gift from the Father to us, to make it possible to come to the Father through His Son.
In this season we will hear many Christmas songs telling of the Joy He brings into the World!
He came as the Light that shines in the darkness for all to see.
There are many people who can not see that light, who have no Joy in them left who’s hearts are crushed. They do not know how to survive Christmas without their loved ones. The Lord has a a special Love and Mercy for them and wants us to be His Hands and Feet to care for them.
The town I live in has 4 Churches who put their hands together and made Christmas boxes to distribute, with food and an encouraging Word included for the family’s who are needy and/or alone.
And there are many more examples to bring Joy and comfort to your neighbor.
Jeremiah 31:13 says; “I’ll convert their weeping into laughter, lavishing comfort, invading their grief with Joy”.
But you have to give EVERYTHING to God and He will take away your clothes of mourning and clothe you with Joy!
Lord I Trust you, everything You do in my life is for my Good. I give You my sickness, grief, hurts and sadness.
I claim and declare that your Joy will always be my strength. Amen!
